Molly joined the Shaker Heights team as the office manager in 2021. She has a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and brings more than ten years of client service experience from both the veterinary and human healthcare fields.

Molly has always loved animals. What began as a passion for wildlife evolved into a strong interest in the animals that we adopt into our families and homes, and she wanted to help people strengthen their bonds with their pets while providing them with healthy and happy lives. She fulfills that desire through supporting the doctors and team members on the front lines as they provide high-quality care to our clients and patients.

Molly’s dedication to SHAH is strengthened by her pride in the quality of medicine and by her alignment with the hospital’s goals for the future. She appreciates SHAH’s values of teamwork and low-stress handling and is thrilled to be leading the team at such an exciting time of growth and modernization.

At home, Molly has a dog named Murphy and a cat named Fern. When she’s not at the hospital, you might find her exercising, hiking in nature, or reading. She is honored to serve the SHAH family!

LEAD CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Laura joined the SHAH family in 2018. She has been in and out of the veterinary field for over 20 years. She loves all animals and has three cats. She is also the mother to a wonderful son and enjoys spending her free time with her family, reading and watching movies.

ANDREA,

CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Andrea joined the SHAH team in March 2022 and brings with her five years of customer service experience. Although she is relatively new to the veterinary field, she has a strong passion for our patients and she is thrilled by the challenge that each day brings. She loves to learn about client relations and small animal medicine, and she is currently enrolled in a Small Business Management program at Tri-C.

When she’s not at the hospital, Andrea enjoys writing poetry, painting and baking. She loves animals and has a terrier/beagle mix at home named Bella. Andrea loves all things Disney and can’t wait for her upcoming trip to Disneyland where she will live out her Disney park dream.

EMILY,

CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Emily joined the SHAH team in December 2024 and brings over 10+ years of customer service experience. While being new to the veterinary field, Emily has always been interested in animal care and has always loved animals since they were young. Emily volunteered at an animal shelter in high school, has gone through several animal science classes and currently does dog walking/sitting on the side as well. They are thrilled to be here part of the SHAH team and learning the challenges with animal healthcare!

While not at the clinic, Emily enjoys being at home working on art for their small business and also enjoying their numerous animals at home. These companions include two cats, Bagheera and Strawberry, as well as 4 reptiles and 1 frog named Matcha. Emily expects that these numbers in the household will continue to grow.

LISA,

PRACTICE ADMIN.

Lisa joined SHAH in 2016 and brings with her over 20 years of experience in business and employment law. She is a graduate of Kent State University and Ohio University.  She works behind the scenes to ensure the hospital runs smoothly. Her responsibilities include accounting, human resources and marketing.  She is a member of the Chagrin-Lee Merchant Association, Lee Road Development Stakeholder Group, and Chagrin-Lee BID Steering Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, beekeeping, weightlifting, and spending time with her family.
